Decent Stay but Needs Improvement

We stayed for one night in a Deluxe King Room. The AC was effective, but cleanliness was an issue. The shower had mold, and the windows let in noise from the highway. For a better experience, consider arriving early to address any concerns.

Prepare for a mixed bag! While the staff, like Jennifer and Casey, are friendly and eager to please, the rooms tell a different story. With dirty floors, lingering smoke odors, and chaotic conditions, it can feel more like an endurance test than a getaway. Manage expectations if you dare to stay!

It made me a bit uneasy, as it felt like the room needed a thorough cleaning, especially given the dust on the surfaces. I found a small amount of hair left behind, which was not pleasant. The second night, I experienced loud noise from the hallway, likely due to other guests. It was hard to get to sleep as a result. Overall, the location was convenient being near the highway and local restaurants. I think some deep cleaning and better noise control could enhance the experience.

The freezer was a great addition, allowing us to store ice for drinks. I also enjoyed the convenience of the plentiful ice machine. The location was excellent, with various food choices nearby, allowing us to easily grab meals.

I stayed in a Deluxe Room with Two Double Beds Smoke Free while on a family vacation. Although the property overall was in poor condition and cleanliness was a concern, I appreciated the convenience of a microwave and fridge in the room. Being near local attractions made it easier for us to explore and enjoy our trip, despite the challenges we faced during our stay.

The white rice at New Super Buffet was a flavor bomb, perfect for any foodie on the go! Plus, I loved the convenient access to local favorites like Applebee's and IHOP—total lifesavers after a long day. The staff at Red Roof were chill and accommodating, which added a nice touch to my quick stay.

my previous stay in benton harbor was decent, but this red roof inn truly exceeded my expectations. the room was spacious and had a great setup with a microwave and fridge, making it easy for me to enjoy meals. the staff was pleasant and accommodating, adding a positive touch to my visit.
